THE RATE INCLUDES:
Breakfast, WIFI, private parking, robes for couples, hotel insurance with Seguros Generales Suramericana S.A. Exclusive use of the private area of the chalet or suite you chose, access to the social area with infinity pool. The arrangement of the beds depends on the number of people in the reservation. The chalet does NOT have drinking water.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Upon entering our host will give you the chalet with all its contents inventoried and in good condition. You must sign the receipt document and deliver the corresponding deposit. At the end of the reservation, the inventory will be carried out again in your presence to confirm the status of the contents, to then refund the deposit discounting the value of any damage if necessary. If the damage is not easily quantifiable, you must wait to receive a repair quote and then the balance will be returned to you.
DECORATIONS
It is important to take safety into account in the decorations, therefore:
*All candles must be inside a cauldron or chandelier
*Do not throw petals or paper into the jacuzzi, they can be sucked in and damage the motor.
*No decorations with tape or other adhesives that may damage the paint on the wall or ceiling are allowed.
*Please note that excessive decorations that create a lot of waste may result in an additional cleaning fee.
*Ada Marina is not responsible for decoration furniture left by third parties.
HUMID AREAS
The jacuzzis are filled with water obtained underground. It is normal to find some sedimentation or grit in the bottom or walls of the Jacuzzi.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5 business days after making the reservation
Full refund: you will receive 100% of what you paid, minus the bank costs generated by the return. Applying the right to withdraw in accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. The withdrawal will not proceed when the date of entry is before five days.
PROHIBITIONS
*Pets are not accepted.
*No smoking. COP$500,000 fine.
*The use of fireworks or flying games is prohibited. COP$500,000 fine.
*Forbidden to shoot into the air. COP$500,000 fine and you will be asked to leave the establishment without the right to a refund.
*The chalet has a speaker with bluetooth connection. It is not allowed to bring another speaker or sound equipment. In case of bringing it, it will be retained and returned upon departure.
*Prohibited to make advertising videos or record any content for commercial purposes in the chalet without prior authorization.
*It is prohibited to receive serenades or any type of musical group within the property.
*The entry of people who are not registered at the time of the reservation is prohibited booking.
FOOD AND DRINK
*You can bring your food and drinks, and prepare them in our kitchen (only CIELO chalet applies). Grilling is only allowed in the designated area. *The suites do not have a kitchen, they have a mini-bar refrigerator to store your food and drinks.
HOUSE RULES
*Lower the volume after 10pm. There are other neighboring chalets in the area.
*Respect and have good conduct in the external areas of the chalet.
* Try as much as possible not to bring plastics. And deposit the waste in its corresponding bin
* Attend and follow safety regulations.
*Do not get on the mesh with shoes.
* Bathe before using the jacuzzi.
*The chalet must be returned in optimal conditions.
SECURITY CAMERAS
*External zones are monitored by cameras. Its manipulation is prohibited.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE SCHEDULE
Arrival: 15:00; Departure: 12:00 the next day. Please report any change in your itinerary to be attentive and provide you with the best service.
MINORS
*Only for people over 12 years old. * Minors must come with a responsible adult. *Ada Marina Chalet undertakes to promote Law 679 of 2001, whose objective is the establishment of norms to prevent and counteract exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism with minors, in development of article 44 of the Political Constitution of Colombia. In this sense, it is our duty to inform all our users and clients of Article 17 of Law 679/2001: The exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are criminally sanctioned in accordance with current laws.
